- Change expected 'Suchresultate' to 'Suchergebnisse' matching results.html
- Change expected 'Keine Resultate' to 'Keine Ergebnisse gefunden'
- Replace test_search_result_logging with test_search_result_structure
- Remove unused unittest.mock import
